Quadrant’s management team includes 10 employee partners with an average of 22 years of commercial real estate experience.  Quadrant’s management team has broad knowledge of real estate capital markets, extensive institutional relationships, and a cohesive investment style resulting from working together as a team for nearly two decades.  Each partner has extensive equity ownership resulting in a unified mission to build long-term client relationships by exceeding client expectations for performance and fiduciary service.

 

Denée Denney
Vice President

Denée Denney heads capital marketing for U.S. private debt originations on behalf of Quadrant's clients. Ms. Denney’s loan origination experience includes balance sheet portfolio loans, fee simple and leasehold first mortgage financings, as well as structured transactions including bridge facilities, B-notes, and mezzanine loans across all property types.

Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Ms. Denney was responsible for underwriting whole loan originations for GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC. Ms. Denney’s commercial real estate expertise also includes asset management responsibilities for over 80 commercial and multifamily properties with a book value of $980 million. Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors in 2005, Ms. Denney spent over four years with L.J. Melody & Company as a production analyst responsible for marketing to the capital markets, managing loan closings, and underwriting mezzanine, construction, and whole loan originations. Ms. Denney has been active in the real estate investment industry since 2001. Ms. Denney earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Jessica EgginsJessica Eggins
Partner and Senior Vice President

Jessica Eggins is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Ms. Eggins serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Advisor.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Ms. Eggins was a Senior Vice President for GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC responsible for Portfolio Management and Marketing. Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2001, Ms. Eggins worked for five years at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. as Vice President in the areas of Portfolio Management and Financial Operations.  Ms. Eggins has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1996. Ms. Eggins holds a B.S. from Kent State University and a Master’s degree of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.

Lorraine Ferguson
Senior Vice President

Lorraine Ferguson is responsible for accounting oversight and reporting for Quadrant's multi-sector strategy portfolios and certain single client accounts. Prior to joining Quadrant, in January 2007, Ms. Ferguson worked for Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors in the areas of Accounting, Performance Reporting, Asset Management, and Portfolio Management. Ms. Ferguson has been active in the real estate industry since 1993. Ms. Ferguson holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University (1989) and is a CPA.

Linda HoardLinda Hoard
Partner and Senior Vice President

Linda Hoard serves as Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer of the Advisor.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Ms. Hoard worked for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. from May of 1994 to November 2003 and for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors, Inc from November 2003 until December 2005 in areas of Financial Operations and Project Management.  Ms. Hoard has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1994.  Ms. Hoard holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama, (1990) and is a CPA.

Walt HugginsWalt Huggins
Partner and Executive Vice President

Walt Huggins is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Mr. Huggins is responsible for heading the investment management of traditional, privately placed debt and equity investments, including direct private equity, whole loans, credit tenant lease mortgage and construction loan activity.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Huggins was a founding member of GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC and served as Senior Vice President for five years and was a member of its Investment Committee.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2000, Mr. Huggins was a Principal in the Debt Advisory Group of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., where he headed the commercial mortgage platform and served as a member of its Investment Committee.  Mr. Huggins has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1982.  Mr. Huggins has a B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate, magna cum laude, from Georgia Southern University and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Frank LinneenFrank Linneen
Partner and Senior Vice President

Frank Linneen is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Mr. Linneen serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Advisor.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Linneen was a Senior Vice President for GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2003, Mr. Linneen was a Principal in the Debt Advisory Group for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., where he was in charge of managing the acquisition of high-yield CMBS.   Prior to his five-year association at Lend Lease, Mr. Linneen held positions with New York Life and Phoenix Realty, where he was responsible for commercial mortgage origination in the Southeastern U.S.  Mr. Linneen began his real estate career with MetLife holding positions in asset management, portfolio management, equity sales and loan origination during a nine-year association.  Mr. Linneen has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1988.   Mr. Linneen earned his B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Tom MattinsonTom Mattinson
Partner and Executive Vice President

Tom Mattinson, Partner & Executive Vice President, is a member of the Management Committee and Investment Committee of the Advisor. Mr. Mattinson is responsible for client and consultant relationships and was previously responsible for originating and negotiating all privately placed investments. Mr. Mattinson originated in excess of $1 billion of private placements since 2001. Mr. Mattinson also led the Team's securitized investing (REITs and CMBS) activities and invested in over $5 billion of CMBS and $400 million of REIT securities. In addition, Mr. Mattinson served as the portfolio manager of a $3 billion+ CMBS portfolio. Prior to the formation of the Advisor, he was a founding member and Senior Vice President at GMAC Institutional Advisors for five years and served as a member of its Investment Committee. Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors in 2000, he was a Principal in the Debt Advisory Group of Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he headed the CMBS platform. Mr. Mattinson has been active in the real estate industry since 1988 and the real estate advisory industry since 1992. Mr. Mattinson holds degrees in Finance, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from Southern Methodist University.

David MorrisDavid Morris

David Morris is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Mr. Morris performs investment underwriting and negotiation of privately placed investments.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Morris was a Senior Vice President of GMAC Institutional Advisor, LLC.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2001, Mr. Morris was a principal in the Investment Sales Department at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.  During his 9 years with Lend Lease, Mr. Morris was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of equity and debt investments.  Mr. Morris also served as an asset specialist for Kilburn Young Asset Management Corporation, a mortgage workout firm, and as a financial institution examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.  Mr. Morris has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1988.  Mr. Morris holds a B.B.A. in finance from West Georgia College and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Debbie PeeblesDebbie Peebles

Debbie Peebles is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor and serves as a Head of Private Debt Asset Management for the Advisor.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Ms. Peebles was a Senior Vice President of GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2000, Ms. Peebles held the position of Principal for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.  She specialized in whole loan, CMBS and high-yield investments during her seven-year career with Lend Lease.  Ms. Peebles has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1993.  Ms. Peebles has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Taxation from Baylor University.  She also holds both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.

Mark TracyMark Tracy
Partner and Senior Vice President

Mark Tracy is a member of the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Mr. Tracy serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Advisor and is responsible for public securities trading and the underwriting and surveillance of REIT investments.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Tracy was a Vice President of GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors, LLC in 2003, Mr. Tracy worked for 11 years at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., most recently as a Vice President in the Debt Advisory Group.  During his tenure at Lend Lease, Mr. Tracy was responsible for new mortgage production from the South and Southwest regions and was a Senior Underwriter for new production on a national basis.  Mr. Tracy also performed appraisal and retail asset management assignments as a Director of Lend Lease’s Retail Group.  Mr. Tracy has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1992.  Mr. Tracy holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware, an M.B.A. from Emory University and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Michael WoodMichael Wood
Partner and Executive Vice President

Michael Wood is a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee of the Advisor.  Mr. Wood is based in Sydney and is responsible for heading Quadrants Australian operations including investment management, new product development and marketing to institutional investors.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Wood established Wood Capital Advisors Pty. Ltd., to identify and advise on United States real estate investment opportunities on behalf of institutional investors.  Prior to establishing Wood Capital Advisors, Mr. Wood held various senior management positions at Lend Lease Corporation Limited in both Australia and the United States. Prior to leaving Lend Lease in 2003 he was Executive Vice President of Lend Lease Capital & Real Estate Services LLC and Bovis Lend Lease (Americas) LLC and located in the United States.  Mr. Wood has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1994.  Mr. Wood holds an Associate Diploma Real Estate and Certificate Business Studies from Victoria University, Melbourne Australia (formerly RMIT).

Kurt WrightKurt Wright
Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Kurt Wight is a member of the Advisor’s Board of Directors and Management Committee.  Mr. Wright also serves as Chief Portfolio Strategist.  Prior to the formation of the Advisor, Mr. Wright was a founding member of GMAC Institutional Advisors where he served as Managing Director for five years.  At GMAC Institutional Advisors, Mr. Wright was a member of its Executive and Investment Committees and headed the management of $5 billion of real estate assets covering a variety of investment strategies such as construction lending, and public and private debt and equity strategies.  Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors in 2000, Mr. Wright was a Principal at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he was a member of its Executive and Investment Committees.  At Lend Lease Real Estate Investments he was responsible for all aspects of the Debt Advisory Group, which included a variety of private and public debt strategies and equity real estate strategies covering over $8 billion in assets under management.  Mr. Wright has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1981.  Mr. Wright holds a B.A. from Colgate University, an M.S. in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Wright is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
